AGOT - Master Thief Expanded

Expands AGOT's existing landless adventurer artifact-stealing system without replacing it.

This mod builds directly on the existing Steal Artifact interaction used by Freebooters with a Master Thief and adds configurable game rules for broader artifact theft.

Game Rules

AGOT Default

Uses AGOT's normal landless artifact-theft restrictions.

Expanded Theft

Allows the normal Master Thief system to also target:

• []Valyrian Steel weapons and armor[/]

  []Dragon Eggs[/]

  Expert Heists

  Artifact access scales with your Master Thief's aptitude:

  • []Terrible - Common ordinary artifacts[/]

    []Poor - + Masterwork ordinary artifacts[/]

    []Average - + Famed ordinary artifacts[/]

    []Good - + Illustrious ordinary artifacts[/]

    []Excellent - + AGOT important/special artifacts, including historical unique artifacts, Valyrian Steel, Dragon Eggs, and historical thrones[/]

    Protected Artifacts

    Some artifact categories remain deliberately protected for compatibility with AGOT mechanics, including:

      []Artifacts flagged by AGOT as non-stealable[/]

        Load Order

        Load AGOT - Master Thief Expanded after A Game of Thrones.

        Compatibility

        This mod overrides:

        common/character_interactions/00_artifact_interactions.txt

        Any mod that also replaces this file may conflict. In that case, whichever mod loads later will generally take precedence for that file.

        Save Games

        The interaction changes themselves are save-compatible. The game-rule choice is intended to be selected at new-game setup.
