Sorry, I've tried for 6 hours trying to get the Front Bangs to have Physics but to no avail.
Cry with lack of modding experience. :'(
Apparently Hair Physics and Hair Animations are in the .hkx files and I have no Resources or Tools to get into that.
So this is as best as we can get. Enjoy!!!

There's 2 hair files included, replaces Default Pony Tail and still keeps the Replacement Hair for BU and CC.
