ABOUT JUSTTAKE

JustTake removes Crimson Desert's normal stealing interaction and replaces it with a standard item pickup.

Items that would normally be classified as:

are instead treated as:

There is no separate theft action.

Simply walk up to an owned item and pick it up normally.

Because the game no longer classifies the interaction as stealing, the normal theft chain is avoided:

  []No red wanted/search zone from taking the item[/]

  []No stealing penalty[/]

  []No separate Steal interaction[/]

  JustTake is focused only on theft behavior.

  It does not disable normal crime consequences from attacking NPCs or destroying property.

    HOW JUSTTAKE WORKS

    Crimson Desert normally performs an ownership check before allowing the player to take certain items.

    If the item belongs to someone else, the game can classify the interaction as:

    That decision is what starts the normal theft behavior.

    Wanted / Search Zone

    Possible Bounty

    JustTake changes the ownership decision before the Steal interaction is created.

    With JustTake:

    Item Collected

    The game treats the interaction as a normal pickup instead.

    JustTake does not wait for a theft crime to happen and clear it afterward.

    The item is classified as Take from the beginning.

    WHAT JUSTTAKE DOES NOT CHANGE

    JustTake is intentionally focused only on stealing.

    The following systems remain vanilla:

      []Attacking NPCs[/]

      []Attacking guards[/]

      []Property destruction[/]

      []Vandalism[/]

      []Other non-theft crime behavior[/]

      If you attack an NPC or destroy property, Crimson Desert's normal crime and wanted systems can still apply.

      This makes JustTake ideal for players who only want to remove the stealing mechanic without disabling the rest of the wanted system.

      STEP 1 - INSTALL AN ASI LOADER

      Make sure your Crimson Desert installation can load .asi plugins.

      If you already use working ASI mods, you can use your existing loader.
