Hernand Barber (qol unlock hair beard tattoo change appearance early)

Description

This mod swaps Edmond the Livestock Fence in Hernand with Eric the Barber, so you can change your appearance early in the game.

Eric will be near the windmill southeast of Hernand castle next to Grimrak the Back Alley Shop. On the map he will still look like Edmond the Livestock Fence.

This mod does not require unlocking the camp. It will not affect the Eric in the camp. He will appear at both locations.

Note that Eric has business hours. If you approach him late at night, he will not help you. Try again in the morning.

This mod uses a vendor without any items to purchase for the swap, so it should not conflict with any other shop mods, like Shop Smart. Shop H-Mart.

This mod should not conflict with other working mods that add extra options to the barber menu! Just make sure that the other mod is working by itself first.

Compatibility

This mod will likely conflict with other mods that affect Edmond the Livestock Fence in Hernand.

This mod was made to work with my other mods, listed in the third sticky post.

Requirements

This mod only works with mod managers that support v3 field json mods, like Definitive Mod Manager (DMM).

I test with the latest version of DMM. If it doesn't work in other mod managers, you will have to report a bug to them.

JMM was abandoned and should no longer be used.

DMM handles all mods, including v1 json patch mods.

You cannot use more than one mod manager at a time.

Installation/Updates/Troubleshooting

Use the second sticky post for information on using and troubleshooting DMM.

This mod does not touch your inventory or save game. It only swaps Edmond the Livestock Fence in Hernand with Eric the Barber.

Removing this mod will just restore Edmond. Your appearance will stay the same after removing this mod.
