Greylight Special (qol items price bond contribution)

Description

This mod will set buy prices to 1 silver for all items in Shop Smart. Shop H-Mart., except gold bars!

1 silver is the lowest buy price that will allow the item to be sellable. I used to set prices to 1 copper, but that would make them unsellable.

You can buy an item for 1 silver and immediately sell it for 10 silver in the same shop. You can sell items at other shops for 38 copper.

Since some items come with abyss gear, the buy price of all abyss gear is set to 1 silver. That way each abyss gear embedded in items will only increase the price by 1 silver!

This mod sets the buy price to 1 silver for every refinement level. Buying a level 10 item with Refined Life will still cost 1 silver!

All Contribution shops have buy prices set to 1 silver. The sell price of contrib items is 10 of the appropriate contrib type. Contribution items from all contrib shops will be available in Hernand if you use Shop Smart. Shop H-Mart.

The Bond shop has buy prices set to 1 silver, which includes bond notes that you can trade for 10 gold bars each at the Bank if you use Shop Smart. Shop H-Mart. That turns 1 silver spent on a bond into into 5000 silver (10 gold bars * 500 silver) in one trip to the bank!

Compatibility

This mod might conflict with other mods that modify item prices or refinement prices.

This mod will make contribution points and bonds unusable for purchasing items, since the shops will sell everything for 1 copper each.

This mod was made to work with my other mods, listed in the third sticky post.

Requirements

This mod only works with mod managers that support v3 field json mods, like Definitive Mod Manager (DMM).

I test with the latest version of DMM. If it doesn't work in other mod managers, you will have to report a bug to them.

JMM was abandoned and should no longer be used.

DMM handles all mods, including v1 json patch mods.

You cannot use more than one mod manager at a time.

Installation/Updates/Troubleshooting

Use the second sticky post for information on using and troubleshooting DMM.

This mod does not touch your inventory or save game. It only changes the currency of contribution and bond shops to copper and sets the base and refinement buy prices of items to 1 silver. It also sets the contrib sell prices to 10 contrib points.

Removing this mod will just restore the shops and items to their vanilla settings. Anything you bought will still be in your inventory after removing this mod and you can sell them at normal price.
