Dye Hard (qol dyer unlock colors materials)

Description

This mod unlocks all 10 color groups and 10 materials for the 10 Dyers of the world. (Camp Dyer was left alone.)

This mod replaces the color group list for each Dyer so they appear in the correct order and have the correctly colored tab at the top.

Use Shop Smart. Shop H-Mart. to buy all 60 dyes from Theoric at the Hernand Dyer. Once purchased, use each dye to unlock the rows inside each color group for all Dyers.

Dye System

Normally, you can find 10 Dyer shops in the world. Each one allows the use of a different single color group and material.

After finding a Dyer, its color group and material will be unlocked in the Camp Dyer. Once you've found all 10 Dyers in the world, all 10 color groups and materials would be available in the Camp Dyer.

Within each of the 10 color groups, there are 11 rows of colors. You can find 60 dyes throughout the world and use each one to unlock the rows inside each color group.

There are 5 dyes of each color and 10 dyes for white to black. Each colored dye opens 2 rows in a color group. The white to black dyes unlock the first row in each of the 10 color groups.

Compatibility

This mod might conflict with other mods that modify the color groups of Dyers.

This mod was made to work with my other mods, listed in the third sticky post.

Requirements

This mod only works with mod managers that support v3 field json mods, like Definitive Mod Manager (DMM).

I test with the latest version of DMM. If it doesn't work in other mod managers, you will have to report a bug to them.

JMM was abandoned and should no longer be used.

DMM handles all mods, including v1 json patch mods.

You cannot use more than one mod manager at a time.

Installation/Updates/Troubleshooting

Use the second sticky post for information on using and troubleshooting DMM.

This mod does not touch your inventory or save game. It only adds color groups to the Hernand Dyer.

Removing this mod will just restore the Hernand Dyer to its vanilla single color group. Your equipment will keep its colors, even if you no longer have access to the color groups used.
