Once upon a time, this was a control center. All the city's energy was managed from the giant reactors on this rooftop. But one day…the system crashed. The doors locked, the lights went out, and the crew inside never got out again. No one has come up to this floor since that day. Now there's only the sound of the wind, and the whispers of the old machines echoing in the walls… But some players say: when night comes… someone is still moving there.
