Holiday Gone Bad

What should have been a holiday of a lifetime turned into a nightmare. A german tourist has been kidnapped during a holiday trip to the Galapagos Islands by a small group of not well known terrorists who are fighting for an independent Galapagos. The german government is far from negotiating with this small group on behalf of the ecuadorian government, which also has no interest in the demands of the terrorists. Instead, the german government has dispatched F221 Hessen, which was on a good-will tour on the South American pacific coast to an area south of the Galapagos Islands. An A-400 has brought two Special Forces Teams of the Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK) and a reconaissance drone to Quito. The ecuadorian government has offered its full cooperation and granted every overflight right needed. Also it has agreed that the rescue operation will be conducted completely under german control with german and assisting forces. Even the US government has offered assistance in the form of air support through an attachment of old AV-8B Harriers of the USMC on board USS Boxer which is on transit to its home port of San Diego from a deployment in the South Pacific. Authors Note: My first scenario. Just a small fictious one, not much fuss. Trying out a bit. Hope you enjoy it somewhat.
