Saif al-Islam Gaddafi has been elected President of Libya and, as his father did, is ruling the country with an iron fist and is determined to make "Libya Great Again". Saif al-Islam started to weight on the international geopolitical scene after he successfully restored Libya's Army with the help of its allies Russia and China. Tensions occured with neighbor and former ally Tunisia after Tunisia backed rebels groups in Libya during the civil war. Saif al-Islam, during a famous speech at U. N., declared that "puppet Tunisia is now in imperialists-globalists hands and therfore can't be trusted anymore". Using his prestige in Africa, he managed to force Tunisia out of the Arab League infuriating Tunis and Paris. Months of negociations by external mediators failed to restore good relationship between these north-African nations. With EU-US peace negociation in stalemate, war between Libya and Tunisia seems inevitable. Tripoli moved several Army Corps near Tunisia border. Algeria and France offered Tunisia military assistance together with, to a lesser degree, Spain and USA Russia and China offered military training (incl pilots training), hardware and expertise to Libya. Libya is suspected to possess tactical nuclear weapons and Gaddafi Jr could allow a strike. Libya is now ready to attack Tunisia and strike key objectives. The war has started.
