In the second half of 2020, the mid-term election for U. S. president is approaching. From the massive speeches and interviews President Trump made and received in the months before the middle election, all people with clear eyes could see that his mental state was in a stage of high tension and anxiety. At the same time, he suffered from attention deficit disorder. He needed a target that simple to blame and hit, does not need to worry about his competitors, and offends the voters as little as possible. Under the strong incitement of several of his cronies, trump authorized the US military to bomb China's islands in the South China Sea, flatten all permanent fortifications on the islands with heavy bombs, and kill the Chinese soldiers stationed there. This decision has hardly met with any opposition in the US national security administrative system.
