2020 TAIWAN STRAIT CRISIS DAY2: The Bizarre Adventure of CV Liaoning and CV Shandong After the tragedy on Xiamen Island, although the People's Liberation Army deployed air and rocket forces in the eastern theater to resolutely counterattack immediately, the People's Liberation Army is still far from ready for a united war. The People's Liberation Army had to "refuel" to invest its forces to suppress Taiwan's navy and air force. On the second day of the Xiamen attack, the two aircraft carrier formations of the People’s Liberation Army "Liaoning" and "Shandong" completed the assembly on the east of Taiwan Island. Intervention in the War of Unity. The PLA's concerns about US interference are not groundless. When the war of reunification started, the relevant agencies of Taiwan in the United States immediately appealed to Washington for assistance, but Washington was also confused and at a loss as to the sudden loss of control of the situation across the Taiwan Strait. Therefore, they did not make a full intervention resolution as they promised Feng Shikuan, but immediately looked for channels to engage in diplomatic contact with Beijing. But President Trump secretly sent a message to the Guam base, requesting the dispatch of bomber troops "to prevent the People's Liberation Army from destroying Taiwan's democratic system."
