Mission off the Île de Sein, 2015

The waters surrounding Île de Sein are part of a protected seascape lying within France's 200-mile Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). The responsibilities the French navy include protecting these natural resources from poaching, illegal dumping of chemicals, and other crimes. ------------------------------------------------------- At the time this scenario was written, boardings and inspections were not modeled in Command. For game purposes, it has been assumed an inspection can be modeled in Command by matching course and speed with the ship that is to be inspected, closing to within a few hundred yards of that vessel, and remaining there for at least one hour.
