Limited War - The Siret River, 2020

This scenario assumes that tensions between Romania and Ukraine have increased over the last several months. Disputes over the use of the Siret River have led to a series of increasingly violent border incidents. It is also assumed that a new government has taken power in Ukraine and that in the last year it has strengthened ties with Russia. Accusations of corruption, that the current leaders of Ukraine have received extensive financial and even military support from Russia, are rampant but as yet little concrete evidence exists. ------------------------------------------------------- A delta template .ini file has been included in the .zip file to assist in updating the scenario to any future versions of the database.
