TD Graphics Fixes

The Remaster has a bunch graphical issues. Among them are two missing pavement types, missing civilian building graphics, and some errors in cliff connections. This adds correct remastered graphics for all of them. Full overview: Adds missing graphics for CONC and ROAD pavements. Fixes 4-way cliff connections in Desert and Winter theater. Changes the Haystacks in Winter theater (V12 and V13) into igloos. Fixes brightness on the shadows and edges of the easter egg building V37 "The Studio", representing the Westwood Studios building. Graphics for CONC and ROAD pavement created by tomsons26. This mod does not add anything new to build. All of these things were present in the game before, but just didn't look correct. Available on ModDB too. To create maps containing these pavement types, I created an upgraded map editor that can make use of this mod.
