Jozef's RA Voice Mod - Voices of Europe

Changes the English version unit voices of the Allies into those from the German, French and Spanish versions of Red Alert. Soldiers and vehicles have German and French voices, the medic is French, the Mechanic German and the Engineer Spanish. Einstein now also speaks German. Tanya and the Spy have been kept English. I've added these as remastered voices, so to hear the European voices, you have to turn on remastered voices in the options. This mod doesn't use a dll file, meaning it should be compatible with any mod that doesn't change the same English unit voice files of Red Alert. This mod can be combined with my other voice mod: the Motherland Calls, adding Russian voices to the Soviet units. Alternative voice mods for the Allies are Einigkeit und Recht und Freiheit (German) and La République nous appelle! (French).
