Adds Shio's worn flag from God Eater Resurrection.
This outfit uses Unreal's cloth physics which don't play super well in this game.
sometimes loading into the character editor it will look like some parts are missing, this is fine, you can quickly view another outfit and go back to fix it. while taking photos and the game is paused it may look weird, this can be fixed by just changing the players expression.
Automatic
Download the file with Vortex, install it, sort the load order if needed, and then hit Deploy
(Vortex might hate the .toml and delete it)
Manual
Extract the Zip and copy the .pak/.utoc/.ucas/.toml file into your "~mods" folder,
found in "..\CodeVein2\CodeVein2\Content\Paks\~mods", if that folder doesn't exist just create one yourself
