Restores the animated flame texture on Flame Blade from Code Vein 1.

When adding this weapon into Code Vein 2 the devs took the animated flame texture on the blade and turned them into a static image,
even forgetting to add it on some sections. This mod restores the animated texture and fixes the missing parts so it looks closer to how
it appeared in Code Vein 1.
Automatic (Recommend)
Download the file with Vortex, install it, sort the load order if needed, and then hit Deploy
Manual
Extract the Zip and copy the .pak file into your "~mods" folder,
found in "..\CodeVein2\CodeVein2\Content\Paks\~mods", if that folder doesn't exist just create one yourself
