Prettier and Less Muscular Males

Want to play this game as a cute boy instead of a muscular guy swinging swords three times your size? Well now you can!

This mod replaces the default male textures with less beefier ones, and replaces Outfit #3 with a leaner, less muscular version. As a bonus, your butt is a bit too big for your pants, but when was that ever a problem?

This is a beta version. There are a few things I'd like to fix in a future version, namely: I want to add underwear and shirt options that you can show and hide. I also would like the skin replacement to be specific to the clothing and not necessarily to every male. Unfortunately, due to some limitations of the engine, at this time I can only replace everyone's skins with the less muscular version. However, the default models will still be bulkier, so it won't turn your game into a bunch of twinks (not that such a thing is a problem, necessarily).

How to Use

A lot will change based on what Physique and Overall Balance you select during character creation. The most twinkish look is probably Body Type C with Overall Balance at 0 (this is what you see in the main screenshots). You can get a good-looking, more masculine character if you stay with the default Body Type and Balance.

Alternatively, you can select the More Boyish Body version of the package to have some more options. At the extreme twink end (Body Type C and Overall Balance at 0), you can get something looking a lot like Link in Breath of the Wild. On the upper ends (Body Type A and Overall Balance high), you still end up with a less beefier version of your character compared to the vanilla defaults.

Installation

Copy included .pak file to \CodeVein\Content\Paks\~mods. If the ~mods directory does not exist, create it.

Optional Files

• []Less Angular Face - Changes Face #9 to have a more rounded chin and jaw. Some people may want this, but I think with the anime style it makes it look a bit odd.

  []More Boyish Body - An alternative body -- a bit more boyish than the default. Looks better with physique style C and Overall Balance set closer to 0.
