Weapon Skins

Description

Mod that adds the ability to glam/transmog/skin weapon so you can have whatever look you prefer in menu and combat while keeping the stats of your equipped weapon. Easy to apply in the weapon menu; the button that was previously used to show/hide the tooltip now equips the skin. Visual indicators so you can easily see equipped weapon vs glam/skin.

Installation instructions

This mod gives you 2 different choices of how you want to install -- CHOOSE ONLY ONE

Drag and drop patch files (drop in your regular ~mods folder)

Lua/ue4ss (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Expedition 33\Sandfall\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods)

I released both versions because several popular combat mods wont be compatible with the patch version, such as lvl 999, Full Team Menu...any patch mod that changes level up parameters, parry/jump timings, or the layout of the expedition menu. I dont edit those things but they share the assets that are needed for this mod. So use Ue4SS version if you mod any of those. More details in the readme of each mod folder.

Main features

It just changes the visuals of your weapon in combat and in the expedition menu to whatever you skin/glam using the marked button. No weapon abilities/stats, etc are changed

Requirements

UE4SS if using the lua version. This doesnt conflict with any outfit mods, and it should work with custom weapon skin mods since they dont change the name or path of the asset.
