Atlas Packager

This small Python executable script provides a way to package a folder of PNG's into Atlases, rather than a user having to manually position them. It also generates a icons database script with the entries of each. I would love to also include the version i made that does SVG's into Atlas PNG's, which is good for UnitFlags, but literally every good rasteriser of SVG data needs external dependencies outside of Python and that will be such a pain.
