Removed Urban Defenses

Do you hate how every city gets free walls just by researching Steel? You could skip building Ancient Walls, Medieval Walls and Renaissance Walls because you just have to wait for Urban Defenses. Are you annoyed why you can't build walls to get Tourism after unlocking Steel? Especially for Georgia not being able to build their unique building Tsikhe. Then this mod is for you. Features: 1. Removed Urban Defenses when unlocking Steel. You can build walls normally past Steel. 2. Medieval Walls, Renaissance Walls and their replacements (such as Tsikhe) each get +50 hitpoints to compensate for the loss of Urban Defenses. 3. Limes policy doesn't obsolete.
