Less Powerful Bombers & Jets

This mod reduces range and damage values for air siege and combat units. Costs and Maintenance are increased. To prevent overpowering, damage now more closely matches corresponding ground units. Compatible with Civilization VI (base game), Rise & Fall, and Gathering Storm. Author's Note: I created this mod because no matter the difficulty, once Bombers were produced there was no stopping me from victory. This mod reduces the ability to dominate the game so easily. Specifics: - Biplane cost increased 50% from 430 to 645. Maintenance increased from 6 to 7 gold per turn. Combat strength reduced from 80 to 70, and Ranged Combat strength reduced from 75 to 65. - Fighter cost increased 50% from 520 to 780. Maintenance increased from 7 to 8 gold per turn. Base Moves reduced from 8 to 7. Combat strength reduced from 100 to 90, and Ranged Combat strength reduced from 100 to 85. - American P-51 cost increased 50% from 520 to 780. Maintenance increased from 7 to 8 gold per turn. Base Moves reduced from 8 to 7. Combat strength reduced from 105 to 95, and Ranged Combat strength reduced from 105 to 90. - Jet Fighter cost increased 50% from 650 to 975. Maintenance increased from 8 to 9 gold per turn. Base Moves reduced from 10 to 9. Combat strength reduced from 110 to 105, and Ranged Combat strength reduced from 110 to 100. - Bomber cost increased 50% from 560 to 840.
