This mod removes all leaders from the vanilla game (and DLC) so that you can play with just civilizations and leaders from other mods. NOTE: This DOES NOT remove the Civilizations, just the leaders, meaning that if a mod adds a new leader to an existing civilization, then you can still use that mod if you want.
