NerfedBarbarians

This is a simple Mod that makes the Barbarians lees headache! It reduces the number of barb camps to 2 per civilization (vanilla is 3), it increases the distance between barb camps and cities to 5 tiles (vanilla is 4), it increases the distance between barbarian camps to 8 tiles (vanilla is 7) and horse barbs can spawn if there is a horse within 3 tiles range from the barbarian camp (vanilla is 5). With these changes I think you can enjoy the game more and not getting tired of fighting barbarians the hole game. The code is very simple and you change very easily as you wish !!!
