Fill the gap in Peterborough

You're a small company with an elderly fleet of double deckers operating on one route. DDA compliancy is around the corner and the main operator in Peterborough has folded. You've bought the old bus company premesis, it is quite a bit larger than you currently require and purchasing it has used up ALL of your capital. Build a network to serve the city and modernise the fleet to meet disabled access requirements.
