Rural Welsh Independant

Croeso i Gymru wledig! Your in the heart of rural north wales. Far to your north is Conwy and Llandudno, to your west is mountains, To your south is rural villiages and to the east is rural nothingness and small villiages to the south and north is more villiages. You are a Welsh independant operator with 12,000 in the bank, Ridership is low, Rail replacements are your main income stream. The local council has cut all subsidies due to financial struggles and due to this it is incredibly difficult to make a decent profit without the railways poor condition resulting in regular disruption. Can you modernise a ragged old fleet even keep them on the road with a shoestring budget? Your best bet for expansion is to the north eventually reaching Conwy and Llandudno where there may be enough passengers to run regular profitable services. I wish you luck.
