RandomCharacter

Add a button to select random characters in starting and campfire selection menu. Other Functions: 1. Select which roles of characters you want to randomize (click "Settings" button). 2. Ban characters. Banned characters cannot appear in random selections or campfires (but you can still select them manually). 3. Lock a character at a position. Locked characters will not be changed when you use random. 4. Make Helia and Selena selectable alone (default off, can be toggled in menu->mods->option). 5. Support random character at Quick Restart. 6. Random Lucy starting skill. Shortcuts: R - Random T - Settings B - Ban/Unban
