Quality of Life Graphics

To Install ReShade:

-Search for ReShade in browser and open first link at top search result then download and open setup application.

-Click Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 (Car Mechanic Simulator 2021.exe) then click Next.

-Click DirectX 10/11/12 Option then click Next.

-At the top click Uncheck all then click Check all and click Next.

-Once done loading and successfully installing ReShade, click Finish.

-That's it!

To Install mod/config file:

-Drag & drop my file in (The drive your game is installed on):\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021

-In game, press Home key to open ReShade menu and in Home tab click on bar next to the left & right arrows then select my file, QOL Visual Preset

-That's it!

This mod is just a .ini preset that's used with ReShade to improve in game graphics. Default visuals for CMS 2021 I feel is a little bland/dull and not lively enough even with maxed out graphic settings, so I messed around with the ReShade tools based on other games that I use ReShade on and made this preset specifically for CMS 2021.

-Color improvement

-Lighting improvement

-Clarity improvement

-Sharper image

Overall, more lively graphics with very minimal to no performance impact.

Running 4080 paired with 7700X

1440p oled monitor, with maxed out in game graphics settings. I do have digital vibrance in the NVIDIA control panel set to 65% for better color overall for desktop and gaming use too.

I would recommend messing around with your monitor settings as a base to make everything you do on your PC look good to you and then in NVIDIA control panel or whatever it is for AMD.... up digital vibrance to 65%-75% to make colors more vibrant to your liking. Everyone's monitor and eyes are different which is why I recommend this.
