LvxMagicks - Dealership - The Long Road

You've taken over a used car lot on the edge of town. The last owner left the keys, a mortgage the size of a small country, and a lot with nothing on it. What you do with that is up to you. This mod turns the garage in Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 into a dealership you actually run, with bills that come due, customers who want things, staff who cost money, and a road out front that brings in more traffic than it looks.

None of it is free. There's a lease on the garage, a fee for every car on the lot, parking charges, and a mortgage payment that lands on a regular cycle whether you had a good week or not. Miss a bill and you get a strike. Three strikes and the bank takes the lot. Cars sold on finance pay you back in instalments, and those land before the bills do, so a full lot of financed cars is a real income.

Commissions are the long game. Clients with money want a build to a brief: a certain condition, fluids done, tuned to a band the way the story jobs ask for it. Each one you finish raises your prestige rank and pays a bonus on top of the car's value. There are twenty-five of them, from a street build for a drift regular to a museum piece for someone with more money than sense.

Everything runs on a business day, shown on a small clock under the HUD. Wages, bills, orders and the buyer's runs all settle at closing time. The office computer is where you manage it all: right-click it for the terminal, which covers the mortgage, commissions, customer orders, staff and a help page listing every key the mod uses. The menus are built to be readable on a big screen, and the clock and readouts can be sized with the plus and minus keys.
