4 WHEEL DISC BRAKES 4 OLD CARZ

You ever wish you could just swap those old-ass drum brakes for something a little more modern? If you like working and upgrading old cars, this is for you!

I found myself frustrated at the lack of swaps in this game that don't involve engines.

Sometimes a good extra pair of disc rakes are exactly what my old car needs, toss out the drums and get yourself some nice and shiny discs!

This mod was made using standard windows text editor.

BEFORE YOU INSTALL MY MOD:

1. Download and install Melon Loader (only v0. 5. 7 is compatible at the moment)

2. Download and install MeitziQ's QoLmod - Without this, you can't swap the car configs when they are "bare frame".

3. Download and install TK's Real Engines and Part Names (EN) - This one isn't mandatory, you can skip it if you want.  TK Basics, TK Aftermarket - These two ARE mandatory.

These Four mods are NECESSARY because the config files were edited with them installed, I'm not taking ANY chances with incompatibility and will not respond to people who don't have them installed.

HOW TO CONVERT TO DISC BRAKES:

This mod works simply by adding more config files to old cars with rear drums, in these new files, they have 4 wheel disc brakes.

This mod affects EVERY VANILLA AND DLC CAR with drum brakes. However, It is not required to have to DLC for the mod to work.

QoLmod allows cars to swap configs (trim levels) in-game.

Any car you own and strip completely of ALL parts, (incl. body, interior, engine.) will become a "Bare Frame", in this condition, you may open the car's info menu and see it, then you will also see blue arrows between the car's trim level.

Now, when you click the arrows, the car's trim level will change, that's the magic of QoLmod's ability to swap configs in-game.

One of these configs is titled "Disc Conversion", that's where the car's config changes to my config, which changes the rear brakes from drums to Discs, allowing you to install disc brakes on all 4 wheels of the car.
