Did you notice that some peds ALWAYS spawn with glasses? hats? this mod adresses that.
Rockstar originally designed certain pedestrians to always spawn with specific accessories, such as Earnest with glasses, Fatty with glasses,
and Casey with a baseball hat. I modified this behavior to give each
character of the game a 50/50 chance of spawning with their respective
accessories, adding a bit of randomness to their appearances.
