Fullest Bully. A render distance and AA fix mod.

If you experience low FPS try turning down your resolution. This is a demanding mod, NOT meant for weaker machines.

I didn't remember Bully looking so bad. Well now it matches my memory.

I made this for myself but after all the work I put into it I had to share it with you.

There isn't a switch in the game files that says max draw distance. Several systems are tied together in order to achieve a higher draw / render distance. It requires a lot of coding. 3 to 6 times was as best as I could get without breaking everything else. If it was as easy as changing a single number in the code it would have been found years ago. In summary, as much as I'd like to, no I can not make the whole map render at once.

Fullest Bully increases the draw / render distance by three to six times on all objects. These objects include lights, props, NPCs, but doesn't duplicate the NPCs so that you don't see the same instance of them over and over. It also increases the draw distance on buildings and their LODs so that you view them at the highest level of detail, regardless of how far they are away if they have been loaded in. When they haven't been loaded in, you should be able to see them as an LOD of low quality, making the map appear much fuller and increasing the actual draw / render distance by three to six times. You can see 80% of the entire map from the top of City Hall.

Fullest Bully fully fixes the anti-aliasing issues, so you can play on x8 without any of the solid tree shadows, flickering textures and the white outlines around vegetation and other intricate objects. You will have to install the optional textures to remove all flickering. It also fully fixes the shadows and adds more shadow details so that every object that casts a shadow casts a full version of said shadow. No more dark blobs pretending to be shadows.

Full install has been made beautifully simple.

ALWAYS MAKE BACK UPS OF ALL FILES BEFORE YOU REPLACE THEM!Install Fullest Bully after every other mod. If you install new mods make sure you reinstall Fullest Bully after them. For the main mod all you have to do is extract the mod files into your game folder and then click replace all. Fullest Bully won't override other mods unless they change the files that are in the main Fullest Bully mod folder. This really shouldn't be a problem.

The 4GB download is for people who know. Just replace the respective .asi file from the main mod. It might work for you, it depends on how you unwrapped it.

Because the nature of the optional files, in order to get rid of the flickering textures, the textures needed to be redesigned. As such, they now need to be installed. But, your World.img file will most likely have other things from other mods that you don't want getting overwritten. So I've separated the textures, and you'll have to install them manually. The Skin Installer mod will help you fully understand how to use it, and subsequently, how to install these textures so that they no longer flicker when you have anti-aliasing on.

Full optional requirements.

You will need Skin Installer to use the optional mod files. Since you're already using the skin installer, you might as well go ahead and check out this HD Radar.
