Carpool Companion

This mod DOES NOT give you the ability to ride a car, that requires a separate mod.

  Installation

  Anniversary Edition (Mobile)

  For mobile device, especially Android phone, it is recommended to install MSR 2. 0 as it can load multiple mods. Follow the installation instruction from the MSR README.txt file.

  If you still don't want to install MSR, follow these steps.

  • []Easy (you still need to install another mod that gives you the ability to drive a car, which is by following the manual instruction below)
    • []    Copy "Scripts.dir" and "Scripts.img" from "Packed - STimeCycle replacement" or "Packed - SLvesEff replacement"

      []    Paste to "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.rockstargames.bully/files/BullyOrig/Scripts/(here)"

    • []Manual

    • []Open "IMG Tool" application (download it from PlayStore if you don't already have it installed)

      []Click "Open IMG" and navigate to "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.rockstargames.bully/files/BullyOrig/Scripts/"

      []Select "Scripts.img" and click open

      []Click "Add files(s) with replace" on the top-right

      []Navigate to the directory where you extracted this mod folder

      []Open the "_modfile" folder

      []Select a file you want to replace, either "STimeCycle.lur" or "SLvesEff.lur", then click Select

      []Click "Rebuild" on the top-right

      Scholarship Edition (PC)

      For PC, it is highly recommended to install DSL. It provides many functionality to the game.

      Optionally, you can also download MSR, as it support both editions of the game (SE & AE).

      • []If you have DSL installed
        • []Copy the "CarpoolCompanion" from this extracted mod folder, in "Scholarship edition/DSL installed/"

          []Paste to "(bully_game_directory)/_derpy_script_loader/scripts/(here)"

          • []If you don't have DSL installed (seriously, why wouldn't you want to install it?)
            • [] If you have MSR installed, follow the installation instruction from the

                    MSR README.txt file.
            • [] If you don't have MSR installed, the installation process is the same

                    as AE instruction, but with different program.
