Someone request me to make GTA San Andreas Green Rags. So yeah, here you go. In GTA San Andreas, there are 2 version of Green Rags:
1. Green Rag Back.
2. Green Rag Front.
The requester didn't answer my reply. So, I make 2 version of Green Rags.
1. Green Rag Back replace Wool Hat - Boarder Style.
2. Green Rag Front replace Wool Hat - Urban Style.
Replace both .nft & .nif files in World.img and it should work.
