Bully - Memory Issue Fixes Extension

This is a potential fix for the individuals who still have crashes in the game despite having SilentPatch installed. It is not 100% crash proof, so if you are willing to try it, please keep in mind the following:

- The fix doesn't alter any gameplay, what it does internally is just replace two memory functions that are prone to invalid blocks of memory

- If you are willingly to try it, I would so greatly appreciate if you could send me a crash log of the game if you do happen to encounter a random crash with this fix installed.

- To send a crash log, do the following:

Step 1: Open Event Viewer

Step 2: On the top left, go to Windows Logs, then Applications

Step 3: You will see a bunch of logs, you want to look for an "Error" log

Step 4: Here you will see many different dumps and such in the log, simply copy and paste the content into a comment so I can check it

- For the most stable experience, navigate to your Bully Directory -> Edit SilentPatchBully.ini -> Set CustomMemoryMgr to =1, this will eliminate a few random crashes
