📋 About This Mod
Bullworth ReVision: FrameSync
Fixes annoying 60+ FPS mission bugs without forcing the whole game to run at 30 FPS.
Instead of applying a permanent framerate cap, FrameSync watches the game state and temporarily switches to a safe limit only during the specific sequences that actually need the original timing behavior.
Once that section is over, your previous FPS limit is restored automatically.
So if you play at 60, 90, 120 FPS or higher, you can keep the smoother gameplay without having to manually switch back to 30 every time Bully old timing logic decides to fall apart.
Why FrameSync?
Bully:SE was originally designed around a 30 FPS gameplay environment. While modern fixes such as SilentPatchBully make higher framerates practical, several missions still contain animation, input or mission logic that behaves incorrectly when the game runs too fast.
The usual workaround is simple:
Set the entire game to 30 FPS whenever you reach one of those missions. It works, but it is not particularly elegant.
FrameSync takes a different approach. Instead of:
Mission starts 🠖 30 FPS for the entire mission 🠖 Mission endsFrameSync can behave like this:
60 / 90 / 120 FPS
normal gameplay
timing-sensitive sequence
sequence finishes
your original FPS is restoredThe result is a much smoother playthrough without sacrificing compatibility where it actually matters.
Mission Fixes
FrameSync currently handles six known high-framerate-sensitive missions.

Bully: Scholarship Edition v1. 200 - Steam Version
FrameSync currently supports the 1. 200 executable only.
derpy's script loader 15. 3 (Full Version)
Required for FrameSync's scripting layer and Native Bridge.
Required to load the native FrameSync and DSL .asi modules.
Highly recommended. FrameSync was designed and tested around SilentPatch's high-framerate setup.
Installation
1. Install the requirements.
2. Extract the Bullworth_ReVision_FrameSync into your Bully Scholarship Edition folder.
What FrameSync Is Not
FrameSync is not an FPS unlocker. It does not increase your game's framerate. It assumes you already have a working high-framerate setup and provides compatibility for game logic that was never designed for it. It is also not intended to claim that every system in Bully is completely framerate-independent. There may still be engine behavior outside the currently mapped missions or cutscenes that reacts differently above 60 FPS. FrameSync focuses on problems that can be identified and protected without unnecessarily slowing down the rest of the game.
