1979 Komatsu D355A {Modifed}

In late 2002, a man was working, secretly, on a project in a leased out workshop he owned. Having been robbed of his lively hood by the towns major officials and believing to have been called on by god for this task, he finished his project in only 18 months. In June of 2004, it was ready. "Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things." Marvin Heemeyer constructed a makeshift tank using a 1979 Komatsu D355A as a base. He used is welding skills learned from the USAF to weld half inch thick steel plates to the exterior of the vehicle, followed by one foot space inbetween and another half inch plate on the outside. In that space left over, he would fill completely with concrete, making a crude but effective composite armor. He was armed with several firearms including a . 50 BMG Barret Rifle. Called the "Killdozer" Rampage, he would embark from his shop on June 4th 2004, operating this "MK" Tank. But his goal wasn't to cost human lives, but rather money. He targeted specific buildings for an early demolition, but only those who he had belived to have wronged him in some sort of way. Towards the end of the 90 minutes of destruction, Marvin drove through a general store, his now tank got stuck, one track hanging into a basement which he did not know was there. Only a few moments later, Marvin became the only death in to occur during the incident, from a self inflicted gunshot wound. He was never planning to make it out of that tank alive.
