SO "NeoCity" building (Futureport Update)

Thanks to the technological advance that the engineers obtained, together they laid the foundations of this metropolis. Neocity has one of the largest markets on planet earth, despite its size, and luckily it has never had an encounter with reborns or revenants... Even so, it has an unfortunate index of low purchasing power in certain excluded areas of the city, but in others it is simply luxurious, highlighting its not exaggerated neon lights along all the roads and some buildings. The city controls are only "L" to turn lights on and off, everything else interactive has its own independent button.
