Mayhem level 13

I was sick of spending a couple of days beating the game to unlock mayhem so I made a save that acts like you beat the game at lvl 13. I played through a playthrough of a save game and only did story all along with picking up most sidequests along the way. Once I beat the final boss I made a copy of the save and heavily edited it so that you are a basic character with nothing but some cash and eridum. You do have the chest from lilith's room so your not unarmed for the new playthrough.

The game isn't designed for this mod or the way this is implemented. You will face some oddities like certain areas being a higher level then it should. All dlc should be fine but if you go to an area in the story where your not the right level, the enemies will be a much higher level in the area
