Scales enemy levels to be higher than the player. I have no idea why you would want to suffer like this, but if you do I have included numerous options for you to choose from, ranging from 5 levels above the player, to 28 (Level 100 enemies at Player level 72)
HOW TO INSTALL:
Step 1: Download the . Zip file and extract the . Pak file inside to your Pak folder located within your game directory.
This will differ based on platform, but the main root should be
/Borderlands 3/OakGame/Content/Paks/
It should look something like this when done:
Step 2: Launch your game, and you're all set! Enjoy :)
