Makes most skills able to get 100 points, in addition to getting more skill points per level.

Features in more detail:

- Early skill points (Still can't spend them until lv5 though, weirdly enough)

- Most, if not all, 5 point skills have their limits increased to 100 points in them. This also affects class mods (100 Point Skills Option)

- Most, if not all, 5 point skills have their limits increased to 10 points in them. This also affects class mods (10 Point Skills Option)

- 10x the skill points (100 Point Skills Option. More Including the early ones)

- 2x the skill points (10 Point Skills Option. More Including the early ones)

- One point skills weren't changed. Other than that basically every skill.

Dlc Requirements:

- Probably doesn't need every dlc, just that I've only tested it with every dlc so I put them all just in case. It should work without ffs, digi peak, head hunters, pirate dlc, torgue dlc, Tina dlc, and hammerlock dlc since it only affects character and class mod skills.

- For the memes there's an option to make StV chance scale up past 10-11 points (As of 1. 3 is disabled by default.)

- Choosing between 10 point skills and 100 point skills, including scaling coms

- Choosing how many skill points per level
