Harder Better Faster (Scooter)

This mod actually has nothing to do with Scooter, it's just a Daft Punk reference combined with a Borderlands reference.

This modpack is based off of BL2Reborn and UCP, along with several other mods. All credit goes to the creators/writers of the mods/code.

Originally, it followed BL2Reborn closely, but is now essentially a Vanilla Rebalance.

All facets of the game are changed. Skills, Items, Loot and Drops, Enemies, Quests, the World, and Quality of Life are changed/improved.

There are very few new items in this modpack, all of which are replacements. The primary focus of this pack is QoL and the Vault

Hunters (Skills and Class Mods).

This mod intends to gear towards balancing gameplay better at the higher levels. The primary way of accomplishing this is skill rebalancing.

Most skills are rebalanced, sometimes severely. Instead of (in general) moving all skills towards the Average or Above Average ranges, skills instead tend towards the Overpowered tiers because of the difficulty of the Overpowered levels. The gear and enemies are overpowered. This just evens the playing field.

An effort was also made to make skills more even with each other. Why does Mind's Eye give a higher crit bonus than Headsh0t does while also giving other benefits when Headsh0t is on a tree specifically for sniping? As this makes no sense, I doubled Headsh0t from a +4% per level to a +8% per level.

Obviously, this mod is not to be run with BL2Reborn, UCP, Blassic, Borderlands 2. 5, Exodus, FFYLands, Oselands, Vanilla Plus, or any other large overhaul.

I do recommend going through the options in OpenBLCMM and modifying it to match your preferences. This is how I like to play the game, not necessarily you.
