Brawn Tree Fix

It always frustrated the hell out of me that Salvador's Brawn Tree, the tree that's supposed to help Salvador soak up damage with massive health regeneration, has comparable regeneration to ONE of Maya's and Axton's health regeneration skills when you go down the entire tree. Some mods buff the Brawn Tree slightly, but they never went far enough for my liking. So, I did it myself.

Version 1. 1

Fixed syntax error where the options appeared as mutually exclusive in BLCMM.

Version 1. 0

>Hard to Kill

>Health regeneration buffed from 0. 1% per point to 1% per point

>I'm the Juggernaut

>Damage reduction buffed from 4% per point to 12% per point (same change as the UCP)

>Ain't Got Time to Bleed

>Health regeneration buffed from up to 0. 8% per point to up to 2% per point

>Sexual Tyrannosaurus

>Health regeneration buffed from 0. 4% per point to 3% per point

I wasn't sure how much health regeneration was too much, so I buffed AGTTB and Sexual Tyrannosaurus to a degree I knew for a fact was too much and tamped it down from there. Sexual Tyrannosaurus gives 50% health regeneration at 5/5 and AGTTB gives up to 40% health regeneration at 5/5. Basically, you will not die. EVER.
