Description

Borderlands Audio - Video explorer browses, previews, extracts and replaces Borderlands 2 / The Pre-Sequel Wwise audio, edits localization subtitles, and integrates VO replacement audio with Bink movie tracks.

Installation instructions

Download the ZIP file, extract and double-click on run.bat. This will install some necessary software like ffmpeg, revorb, vgmstream in order to make this project work. After a successful install, select your game by navigating to the installation folder. 

There are several ways to browse through the sound and video files as well as filtering based on cue names as well as text within the game's subtitles. Not every sound effect is correctly named, however.

Underneath you will find other necessary software needed to run this project. After installing, go to Tools -> "Configure Decoders" and add the paths to the respective exe files there to make it work.

This software was built with the help of AI. I am not a professional programmer, however I know a few people that were looking for a tool like this. Finding a human capable of putting this together would make me go bankrupt. This project is open-source and free to edit.
