Increase Drop Rate Rune Discovery

This mod modify Eye Rune's Discovery stat to increase wearer's drop rate.

There are three variants for anyone who's not willing to break the game balance too harsh.

Because of the 100% drop rate, the Enemies loot drop will overlay the BOSS Room Reward!

For Example: Merciless Watchers have the basic 30%(?) chance to drop the worse Blood Gemstones, but the BOSS room reward actually have the chance to drop the much better Blood Gemstones and the shit one will overlay the reward you actually want!!
