(deprecated) Custom Resolution Patch (Powershell script)

This mod is no longer being maintained, I have long since moved on from the Bloodborne modding scene, idc if anyone steals this code so make it work with modern solutions, but Im not gonna be updating it.

!! If the script insta-closes for you, you may have scripts disabled for Powershell. You can change your 'Execution Policy' to a more lenient setting but do this AT YOUR OWN RISK. Otherwise, you can run the script using ByPass, to explicitly allow this script to run once. Feel free to browse the contents of the script to see exactly what it's doing. Here's the bypass command.

powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -File path\to\the\file\CustomResolutionPatch.ps1

The script expects you to be using the 'shadPs4' repository for your patches by default, but if you'd like to change that, you can edit "$directory" which lives at the very top of the script. For example: if I wanted to patch the GoldHen repo instead id just change it to

$directory = ".\user\patches\GoldHen\"

How to use:

• []Extract zip or open with a file viewer

  []Place 'Custom Resolution Patcher.ps1' Inside your root shadPs4 directory

  []Right-click and select 'Run with Powershell'

  []If it finds the target folder and the Bloodborne.xml, you can now input your desired Width & Height

  []Press Enter to begin the patching process

  []Enable the patch inside shadPs4

  []Slay monstars
