Even slow-motion can't slow you down, as even moving in stopped time takes zero effort (Not tested with actual stopped time). Take that, Dio.
TRUE Zero Effort: Further enhances all of Zero Effort's abilities, plus with some new features included. Handle your weapon at 0. 05 speed like you're at normal speed, pull yourself up ledges with only a finger (or the tip of any weapon), jump faster and for longer, walk/run faster and without direction penalties so you can strafe at the same speed, and lift up enemies even more easily.
