Adds a melee only version of the progressive 1v1 wave.
This mod adds a new melee only progressive wave under the 1v1 section of the wave book, it removes both archers and mages from the enemy pool
and replaces them with other melee fighters from the same faction.
I haven't tested this on Nomad, so let me know if there's any issue.
