"slowMoWindowMaxLength": Determines how long the slow-mo lasts in seconds (default 1. 0)
"chanceOfSlowMo": Determines the chance of how often the slow-mo happens. Values between 0. 0 (never) and 1. 0 (always). Set it to 0. 2 for a 20% chance (default 1. 0)
