Adds a Mandolin that has the ability to play a cover of Tourdion by MandolinTab. Can be found in Exotics. Commissioned by floppersnico
Instructions:
1. Hold the spell button on the mandolin's neck, and hover your strumming hand close to the strings to play the song. Guitar will stop playing/not play if any of the conditions are not met/false.
